Through this app, mobile users can easily submit service requests and stay informed on the status of their reports. Cityline provides a quick and user-friendly platform for crowdsourcing requests.

To submit a request, users can follow these steps:

• Enter an address or pinpoint a location on the map
• Select a category for the request
• Upload a picture either immediately or take one on-site and upload later
• Provide a description of the request and confirm submission

The app allows residents to share information according to their preferences, whether as registered users or anonymously. Registered users have the option to receive updates on the progress of their requests. For those who prefer alternative methods, requests can still be submitted online at cityline.syr.gov or by calling (315) 448-CITY (2489).
